100 Nights Dancing
The other day was the day that there were 100 nights until we go to Disney World! So we decided to celebrate by buying ice cream, going to the park, dancing to Disney music, and making 'chocolate meatballs'- melted chocolate chips, sugar, butter, milk and oats mixed together, shaped into balls, and chilled. Trisha says they taste like homemade fudge after it's been in the fridge for a few days, but that's a good thing!

Happy Birthday to Mommy
I take photos of myself once a year. I had Gabriel help me take the photos. Some are blurry but ok. He had fun. I really get amazed how green my eyes are getting. As my grandma said, I cried the color out! I feel proud to be 42. I can tell I'm looking older but I don't feel it. I feel healthy and strong. I still have a ways to go but I am also becoming more enlightened everyday, mostly thanks to my children and husband and knowledge coming in from lots of good books. I had a fun birthday and made a traditional cherry tart with cream cheese honey frosting. It was tasty. Had some leftover for breakfast that was even better! I am thankful for everything in my life and look forward to an amazing year being 42!
